I recently read a blog about someone not believing in "everything happens for a reason." I thought, what a silly thought. If everything doesn't happen for a reason then what are we are doing here? What purpose do we have if it doesn't? How do we cope with a tragedy or move on with our lives over unforseen circumstances? No, everything DOES happen for a reason. Everything that occurs in my life has served it's purpose one way or another - taught me some type of lesson and I have grown from it.
Its almost like the movie "Groundhog Day." He has to keep repeating the same day until he gets it right. We may have to learn a lesson more than once until we actually get it in our heads. I also believe that we all serve a purpose and we are on this earth to realize our potential. Want to know where I got that? The book - Releasing Your Potential by Dr/ Myles Munroe. Haven't read it? You should. Its amazing. Talks about the most simple instances and the great impact that it makes. We are all here for small instances to make a huge impact.
Haven't you ever wondered what you have done to impact someone else? I have. Amazing. I have found my purpose in life - and I love it. I love what I do and who I do it for. I love my friends, family and clients. I love the people that are in in my life and helping me grow.
I stopped reading the news, about the economy. I am aware that it is bad - however, I cannot focus on the bad - I can only focus on moving forward - which is something that everyone should do. My dad's greatest sayings? Ever Forward. And that is what we must do.
Ever Forward.
To success!
